What can we do for you?
WE CONDUCT FREE CONTRACT REVIEWS.
When you are buying the property and you have found a place you like, the first step is to have us review the contract for you. We will advise you if the terms of the contract are acceptable and negotiate with the vendor's representative on your behalf.
Before you can advertise your property for sale, you must have a Contract for Sale prepared for viewing by prospective purchasers.
We can prepare the contract on your behalf ensuring all the required documents are included and your legal obligations are met.
TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
You do not need a Contract for Sale when you are transferring property to a family member. The Revenue NSW requires a Transferee (a person who is receiving share of property) to obtain a property valuation by a registered valuer for stamp duty purposes.
Some property transfers may be exempt from stamp duty such as when you add your partner to the property title.

Refinancing is when you get a new mortgage to replace the original one. You may decide to do it for many reasons for example to obtain a better interest rate. The first loan is paid off allowing the subsequent loan to be created.
We suggest you talk to your mortgage broker about your circumstances. We can recommend professional mortgage brokers, if you need help.
